We had a problem with the heating system at my elderly father's house. I contacted Paul explaining that I was visiting for a couple of days and was keen to resolve the issue before I left. Paul visited us that afternoon, he explained clearly to me what the problem was and what he needed to do to solve it. Paul came back the next day to do the job. His work was neat, effective and very reasonably priced and his manner was cheery and friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Hanna Heating fixing a problem with our boiler. Very friendly, efficient and did a great job for a really good price. Also gave us some good advice and explained things very clearly. Highly recommended - have already booked for Paul to come back and do some more work!

If Carlsberg made plumbers they would make Paul Hanna and his son Tom . The guy is a legend . He does the job like it were in his own home . Respectful and careful, he genuinely wants to ensure he does the best job for you . Plus he is quite good fun to have around ! We were a bit sad to see him go .

Paul reconnected our oven today after we had our floor redone. He also installed our boiler last month and on both jobs he was amazing.
Put in a boiler in 5 hours on his own - I've seen other teams of two or three guys take two days to do it before now but he knocked it out like it was nothing and made far better job of it than whoever had put the old one in.

He's also a really nice guy, a great guy to have a chat with and he explains everything really clearly. When you get a good boiler and plumbing guy you need to keep him and Paul at Hanna Heating is definitely one of them.

Awesome service! Have had a few bad instances with cowboy workmen in the past so I'm always wary of using someone New, but saw the top rating on Google and thought I would give it a go.
Paul is friendly, punctual, and keeps in touch throughout a job to let you know when parts are arriving etc. Hes totally fixed my boiler problems, and even came out on an emergency dash to look at a later-discovered leaking radiator on a Saturday morning. He doesn't charge the earth, and does exactly what he says he's going to. Really pleased to have found him! I will definitely be keeping up the regular boiler services now I've finally found a trustworthy workman.

absolute fantansic worker well mannered and very tidy good and very efficient man , highly recomended from my point of view . i would recomend him to any body and very genuine with his price , having him again to install shower unit . deserves to well in business . well done to paul . he also is very patient at what you ask him he makes sure you understand what he is explaining to you and doesnt go until job done and you are happy with everything, good look paul

From the outset Paul came across as a very friendly and knowledgeable person who certainly knew what he was talking about.He was polite and gave me a quote which I found to be extremely fair and competitive compared to other quotes I had received .We arranged a time and a date for him to do the work then unfortunately my old boiler packed in so Paul brought forward the time to prevent me being without heat.I found his work ethic to be excellent .He was always on time and stayed longer if he needed to and at the end of it all.He is certainly someone I will recommend to my friends should they be in need of a new boiler or any other needs for that matter.
